Maximum efficiency on the move

The Hextra model is designed to deliver productivity of up to 200 t/h, while the Nhexra mobile screen is engineered for low to medium throughput, handling up to 50 t/h.

Suitable for a wide range of materials

Ecostar mobile screens are effective in processing a variety of materials, including municipal solid waste, compost, wood, biomass, RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel), commercial and industrial waste, tires, paper, and cardboard, incinerator bottom ash.
The DDS (Dynamic Disc Screening) technology ensures precise separation, even when handling wet or sticky materials, while the HDDS (Hyper Dynamic Disc Screening) system is available for the most challenging waste.

Multiple configurations for every need

The Ecostar mobile screens are available in tracked or hook-lift versions, with screening surfaces ranging from 5 to 7 meters and 2- or 3-fraction configurations, allowing the machines to be tailored to the specific operational and logistical requirements of each facility.
