HEXTRA DYNAMIC DISC SCREEN ON TOUR IN AUSTRALIA

Ecostar Hextra with Dynamic Disc Screen technology is on tour in Australia between the end of June and the beginning of July 2018.

Hextra, Ecostar new mobile screen with Dynamic Disc Screening technology,  arrived in Australia for a stage of a tour that – thanks to the support of our international dealers – will take it to every continent. The purpose of the tour is to demonstrate the superiority of Ecostar dynamic disc screen over traditional screens used in waste treatment plants, such as rotary screen or vibrating screen.

With the support of our Australian partner CSS Equipment, Hextra will be touring Sydney, Wollongong, Melbourne, and Brisbane, doing demonstrations of construction and demolition screening, eucalyptus wood screening, compost screening, biomass screening and commercial and industrial waste screening.

HEXTRA is the ultra-efficient screen designed by Ecostar for those who require the operational flexibility of a mobile screen combined with the quality and precision of exclusive Dynamic Disc Screening technology.

The Ecostar Dynamic Disc Screening technology (DDS), improves the performance of waste shredders as it helps ensure more precise and cleaner waste separation for recycling, and thanks to its patented waste anti-clogging system ensures a higher production giving a greater return on investment.

In particular, the Hextra mobile screen combined with the special SMART HOPPER is a screening system with unbeatable flexibility. The sliding SMART HOPPER is equipped with a dosing auger and can work in a loop with all shredders, while the hydraulic system managed from the control console can change the screening options from 2 to 3 fractions, according to specific waste screening needs.  The hopper slides back to minimize footprint during transport.

Hextra is also equipped with a patented system designed to prevent waste twisting. The drive shafts are lined with highly-resistant loose sleeves that are independent of shaft rotation, to prevent the long and filamentous parts of the material from twisting, thus ensuring optimum separation and considerably reducing machine stoppages.
